    Kathleen Belonga, M.A., is a board-certified health and wellness coach (NBC-HWC), certified-yoga therapist (C-IAYT), and yoga teacher (E-RYT 500), with multiple yoga, mindfulness, and nutrition certifications. She has a passion for learning and wellness, and teaches in board-approved health coach certification programs. Kathleen offers courses and private coach mentoring on the coaching moai platform. She works with yoga therapy clients in her private practice, mindful living & yoga.
