Full Plate Living Group Program
According to Full Plate Living, this program, "will teach you how to start eating a high-fiber diet — a delicious, scientifically proven approach that can lead to more energy, lower cholesterol, better blood sugar, and weight loss.
Join the 8-week Full Plate Living Group Program facilitated by board-certified health and wellness coach, Kathleen Belonga. In addition to live interactive group sessions, participants will have access to a private group discussion for on-going support during the program.
